Migrating to 2.12.0

Migration Guide​

Here you can find the needed steps to upgrade your current Witboost installation to v2.12.0. Please refer to the release notes for a detailed list of changes and improvements. This guide is intended for users who are currently running Witboost version 2.11.x and wish to upgrade to version 2.12.0.

Follow these steps to migrate from the previous version to Witboost version 2.12.0:

Backup Your Data​

Before starting the migration, ensure you have a complete backup of your database and configuration files.

Upgrade Steps​

If you are using the Witboost Infrastructure CLI, you can execute the following command to automatically migrate your configuration file by replacing the placeholder <path_to_values.yaml> with the path to your values.yaml file:

witboost-infra transform --user-values <path_to_values.yaml> --current-version <your_current_version> --set-target 2.12.0 --output-path <path_to_values.yaml>

UI Document Acceptance

Automatically handled by Infra CLI

This release fixes a bug where document acceptance screen would not correctly render the PDF documents embedded on the page. This fix works if and only if either ui.appConfig.backend.csp.object-src is not present in the configuration file, or it is present but containing "'self'" as part of it: object-src: [..., "'self'"]:
